Mount Kisco Fire Department Fife and Drum Corps Goes Upstate
By Junior Member James Tipa, Jr
February 28, 2009
On Saturday February 28 the FIfe and Drum Corp. packed up and headed upstate to Johnsburg, New York in the Adirondacks for a weekend at the Johannessens. The weekend consisted of tubing at the Ski Bowl park in North Creek and some sledding at the Johannessen's house. There was also a few games of manhunt in the woods and of course some practicing. It was a great weekend and all came back safe, satisfied, and a bit tired. Especially the instructers!
