Engine & FAST team respond to Banksville

On Thursday afternoon, August 22nd, 60 Control dispatched Banksville fire units to a reported car on fire in a garage on Rustling Lane. Car 2581 requested tankers from Armonk and Pound Ridge be added to the assignment, and upon receiving a report from Battalion 16 that a large column of smoke was visible from Route 172, 2581 requested the full 10-75 alarm assignment. U-13 was dispatched as the FAST team and engine 106 relocated to Banksville headquarters. While in route Battalion 16 requested engine 106 to the scene. Chief Jackson (2281) returned to MKFD to cover the district. There were no injuries units operated for approximately three hours
