Company Drill Focused on Handline Operations

The focus of this month's Company training was hand line operations and initial fire attack. Members received an overview on MKFD Department SOP's relating to engine company operations and the essentials to safely advance a hose line into a burning structure. Members also received mandatory OSHA training, which focused on response safety.

Following the instructional segment of the drill, members put their skills to the test by extinguishing a shed fire.
