| On November 16, 2008 the Independents hosted a brunch at the Mount Kisco Country Club to honor our most senior members of the Company serving forty years or more in the Independent Fire Company. Also honored at the brunch, were the women behind those firefighters. The wives and widows of our honorees were recognized for all their years of support and dedication to the Independent Fire Company and the Village/Town of Mount Kisco. Affectionately coined the "Old Timers Brunch", the Company celebrated the success of our senior members, who over the years helped to forge and mold the Independent Fire Company into the great fire fighting family we enjoy being a part of today. |
