It's been almost a week since the 12+ inch snowstorm. Many fire hydrants in town are still buried and hard to find.

In an emergency, every second counts—digging out a hydrant ahead of time can save critical minutes and help firefighters protect lives and property. If you see a hydrant near your home, please take a few minutes to clear snow and ice around it (about 3 feet on all sides).
