On Friday June 17th Chief David Hughes received Firefighter honorable mention, This took place at the annual Hudson Valley Fireman's Convention, Meeting & Parade. This award was due to rescue efforts in Mount Kisco in August of 2015. Also in the past week Chief Hughes was also honored by Mount Kisco Legion Post for his efforts at the same incident. Chief David Hughes has been and is an outstanding firefighter, and one of our departments first responders.
