On 1/20/2016 0800 hrs MKFD was dispatched to 63 woodland street for reported structure fire. While in route 60 Control updated car 2284, EMS & PD advised working fire with possible people trapped. Car 2284 transmitted 1075 working fire. Upon arrival Battalion 16 updated address 121 St. Marks Place. This alarm assignment requires full department response along with BHFD F.A.S.T. team. There was heavy fire in the basement with extension to the first floor. Two residents were removed (prior to FD arrival) and treated BY EMS. In the process of primary searches an additional victim was located, unfortunately he did not survive despite the efforts from all involved. All units were back in service by 1230 hrs.
