On Thursday November 1, the Mount Kisco Fire Department was dispatched to a possible structure fire. The call was dispatched at 7:27 pm. The location on the incident was 28 Ridge Road which is part of the Kisco Park Complex. The Alarm was called in by a neighbor at 31 Ridge Rd. Soon after dispatch, Chief Jackson (Car 2281) advised that he was on scene at Ridge Road confirming a working fire. He then asked Fire Control to transmit the 10-75 assignment. That assignment was filled with a full department response, as well as a F.A.S Team from Bedford Hills, a relocation from Chappaqua Fire Department, Battalion 16 and The Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance.

Members from I.F.CO. arrived with Engine 105 soon after Engine 104 and assisted setting up handlines to begin the attack. Upon arrival, there was heavy fire showing from the A,C,and D sides. There was a total of three handlines stretched at this time. I.F.CO. first began an exterior attack with a 2 1/2" line. When some exterior fire was knocked down, the Mutuals and Independents both commenced an interior attack, each crew with a 1 3/4" line. The major body of fire was knocked down shortly after. The cause of the fire was investigated by the Westchester County Zone 5 Causes and Origin Team. When the C&O Team concluded their investigation, an extensive overhaul took place. At this point, Chief Jackson returned all apparatus to service, including all mutual aid companies.
