On Friday the 17th 0313 hours MKFD was dispatched to 195 North Bedford Road, Stop & Shop Eng 104, R-31 Chief 2283 Upon arrival the engine crew was informed there was a fire in the compressor room. The crew extinguished the fire and discovered a oil and Freon leak.
The chief upgraded the alarm dispatching Eng 105. In addition the hazmat tram was dispatched to the scene. Fluids were cleaned up and the air quality was also ruled safe. All units were returned to quarters.
